Nice looking 17" wheel. Definitely go with the +25mm which is closer to stock (+38mm OEM), which should be your goal when searching for wheels. Forget the +10mm, as the tires will stick out way too far and the resulting wider "swing arc" will hit everything when turned (requiring extensive trimming/modification).
My highest recommendation for a 17" tire would specifically be the Yokohama - Geolandar A/T-S in 285/65R17 (31.6" O.D./42.6 lbs). This is a super rare tire size that has a low wide profile in an awesome A/T tire design. It should fit nicely with very little trimming and will look sweet due to the wider 285 series.
