Sorry John, my mistake. And hey, maybe you can get some of those "guts". What parts are you looking for? Sounds like you have one but it is incomplete. (?)

All I've got is the brochure itself for the pre-release promo (this was the round-ended brochure developed by The Designory). Seems they sent out 1800 in the promotion with 500 responses that actually pre-ordered. The company printed an additional 15000 for distribution to Isuzu dealers, so this is indeed the rarest of the US brochures.
The promotion also included a vellum letter and envelope which I don't have. The reward for pre-ordering was the print mentioned previously (I don't have that either).
Some of this stuff is hard to run down. Here's an image:

Yep, all I've got is the brochure itself, not the whole set.
Which of those mags have a VX on the cover, like this?

Only the Sport Utility Vehicle January 1999, and then the Truck Trend August 1999 (has the VX02 on the cover) . That pic you posted must be Motor Trend from May 99? I've been looking for that one.

Cool Sarge!! I have that one too and a couple of others but for the life of me, I can't remember where.. Damn West Nile has my brains all scrambled![]()

At the first Los Angeles IsuzuAmerica Meet we were given the poster and the postcard set, including a Blk/w Poster of the VX's scematics. I need to check but I might have some more sets somewhere in this VX warehouse of a home.

Hey Anita,
I'd love to get a poster if you have an extra. Scott, when you have time to add to the list, it would be appreciated (be helpful in my search and research). I'm always looking for VX related materials for the archive.

Anita, if you could figure out how to get a good .TIF scan of that poster (or anything else unique for that matter) I know a place to get them reproduced. Hint hint...![]()
Over 20 years of Isuzu enjoyment...
Anita, I would love a poster if you find any more.
Thanks,
-Dave
There is also an Isuzu service newletter that has a picture on the front that is from the VX run in Moab a couple of years ago. It shows Scott's (WSG) Proton in the foreground.
I'll do a little searching for the poster sets and postcards. I think the best thing is if anyone is interested and should I find them, go ahead and PM me. I can keep track better from there.
If anyone is looking for the Hot Cars Folder - Isuzu VEHI-CROSS
Starting bid: US $4.99
