Actually, you can wire a ON button downstream of the lock cylinder or add a remote starter, then use a dremel to CUT the key so that only the shaft of the key is inside the lock cylinder, and so it can never be removed OR used to turn. Then put a JB weld cap over the thing, and you'll "remove" the key entirely. =)

my only quirk....is it sounds like a trap door slamming when i turn the AC on high and directed straight at the driver position and i loose it...i back it off a notch and all is well...doesnt do it in any of the other settings....no problems with key removal
