Usually its the plastic clip that attaches that breaks. Zip ties can be used as a temporary fix.

When you remove the screw for the tweeter pod, you still have to slide the pod towards the window. Dont just pull

Once you remove the window switch handle (pry up from front and side toward door hinge) there are two screws behind it holding the door in place. The last screw is on the door opening handle.

There are push fastners holding the edges of the door on and 1 on either side of the opening hale. Be careful with those because if you forget about them you crack the carbon fiber piece.

You may need a blow dryer or heat gun to get some of the push fastners loose without breaking them. Depends how cold it is. Same with the plastic vapor barrier behind the door. to remove that definitely heat up the adhesive to avoid tearing.
