Anyone know if this tranny fits?

4L60E 4 speed automatic transmission........saved from a 2002 chevy S-10

2 wheel drive pick up with a 4.3 liter v-6 engine...

Im back on the Mainland from Hawaii but my Vehicross is still over there with a slipping tranny. Im planning a trip back to the big island now that life is settling back down after the baby.

Any help would be great.
