* Your insurance company's job is to do as close to absolutely nothing as possible.

* YOUR job is to make them honor the commitments you have been paying for over the years.

Those two things are complete opposites and, from experience with another company, I can assure you that forcing them do what they SAID they were going to do - not letting them screw you over - may escalate into something that feels like a SECOND full-time job.

Maybe not... but keep an eye out for a maximum level of sleaziness.
