There's a boatload of threads on what trimming is required. Of course different tire sizes require different trimming and/or BFH work.

Use one of the tire calculators on the internet to determine the size difference between stock tires and your new ones. (This is my favorite: http://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp) They give you all the specific numbers so you'll know the exact specs of what you're getting. Then you can search the forum to learn what other owners have encountered with that size tire.
