As a guy that has numbness/neuropathy in both hands (due to 9K miles a year on a bicycle and being a 55 year old "aging athlete"), I've had VERY good luck with Jarrow Labs "Alpha Lipoic Acid". I take 4/day - 2 in the AM and 2 in the PM. They're time release - I REALLY notice the difference at night when I sleep! My hands used to ALWAYS fall asleep - even my "off" hand that I wasn't sleeping on. This has been greatly reduced through taking these religiously - just my 25 cents worth...
