the ever so humble 4L30E bolted to that engine of yours, is already at its practical limit.....if you want any sort of reliability from it.
You dial in more than a "tad" additional torque, and you WILL shred it, and sooner rather than later.![]()

For those that don't know or remember:
Morgan-Tec used a Powerdyne BD-11A Supercharger in his Axiom. Here are his videos that I was able to find, but the actual pictures of his build process is on a different computer, and they seem to be gone from his build thread.
A few test runs...
He had to take out the mechanical fan on his to make the pulleys work, but In the video on the OP the mechanical fan is still used. If anyone can get ahold of Morgan-Tec, he may still have the templates for the brackets and what not...

That's the ones Mr. Dubs!!!
I tore through all 3 computers before i realized I had them on my external backup!
Looking at the pictures again... I see why he had to do away with the mechanical fan and use the electric one... But then again, that's an Axiom, so maybe the VX has enough room???
So, you can basically pick up a Powerdyne BD-11A from Ebay or even a pick-a-part for less than $1k, rebuild for around $350 and get a plate made at a machine shop as long as you have a viable template for +/- $100, some odds and ends, a bit of measuring, and you should a a decent setup right...

If this thing was five bucks, I'd buy it just to set it on a shelf...as art...
In my world, this qualifies as art...
And Hunny Girl, bless her little, has no problem with any of it, from Badger, Coyote, & Human skulls etc around the L R/mancave, to VX tires, wheels, shocks & parts here & there.
