Not a decal, but one accessory that I definitely HATE are those ball-sacks that guys hang from their diff or tow hitch.

AGREED! I've always wondered how a guy doesn't feel reeeallly creepy handling them during installation. Just sayin'

Carry a little can of robin's-egg blue rustoleum and give em all permanent blue balls when you see them.

While waiting in line at the fast food place one night, I just shook my head. Someone (intentionally) beat you to it. Apparently you can now buy an illuminated version so you can look classy day or night.

That's downright terrible. There are a bunch of rednecks and gangbanger looking guys in my area who think those hanging testicles are funny too, and I fail to be in the least bit amused...which seems to be the consensus here as well; and I too enjoy the occasional mentality of a teenager form of dirty jokes.

There was a guy in an 80's Monte Carlo with big ugly 20"+ chrome spinners who had a pair that he must have painted blue himself, or perhaps you can order them that way? Don't know nor do I care...though at least the Monte's testes weren't illuminated.
