Still trying to make it, but won't know until the night before. Does anyone know how long the ride would be from Minturn ( just west of Vail ) to the meet?

At least 3 hours. You should just be able to hit I-70, to I-76, to I-25 up to Fort Collins. This should be about a three hour trip, but you might catch weekend traffic, in which case you'll spend too much time stuck on I-70 with everyone ELSE trying to get back from the mountains. Once you hit Denver, it is about hour up the road to the Fort.

If you have the time and want a really nice scenic route, then up through Steamboat and down through Poudre Canyon is really nice, but that'd be even longer.

Thanks for the info, that's a bit longer then I thought it would be, so I'm not if I will have the 6 to 8 hours in just travel time.

Hi, I'd say 2.5 hours from Vail area assuming you go i-70. You will be going the oposite of any traffic so you should be fine.

Richard could you email me the directions since I dont have my gps with me. I really would like to try and make it. Thanks
