buy the steel, welding wire (cheap) and pitch some money for argon and I'll be happy to help you start building a new rear bumper.
(you'd have to come down to my parents, but it'd save you hundreds compared to a shop)... they live down by monument, co.
I should be done with mine soon enough and I'd be happy to help you out if you wanted to buy the materials.

I may have to take you up on thatI want one styled like the ones Joe Darlington makes. He's in north carolina so just the shipping cost alone could be a killer for a heavy bumper.
For the front I can just go with an ARB. Joe D and Indy4x are the only ones that make rear ones though and they are all custom hand made so not all that cheap.
