When we lived in Dallas and drove all over TX, we'd see Long Horns all over, sooooo cool to see, and that one's got some of the biggest horns I've ever seen!
My guess is alien intervention...
His weirded out horns required that he graze from the R side of his mouth only. Much more horn growth & he'll be lookin' for taller grass.
He & his comrade cow are pastured right outside the gate of Devils Tower, & we ALL know how often aliens visit that place...
