The fastener marked "29" in the drawing, is that a rivet? I am trying to take the cladding off and didn't want to break a plastic fastener, if possible. If those are rivets, will I have to drill them out and replace with a different fastener?

Well, I see you're looking for a longer one of that same screw, so ordering the same one wouldn't help, so never mind.
