Yes I have the 6-ball CV's (pretty sure all stock Isuzu's are, thought the tri-pod was aftermarket) and the splines are 17 spline (which should be the same)

K so I measured it:

1.080" in diameter down to the raised section for the bearing (using my dial caliper, looks about 1 1/16" with my tape)
1.185" in diameter around the raised bearing area on the shaft (Little less than 1 1/4" diameter on the bearing area with my tape, measured the inside of the bearing with the tape)
20 3/8" length
