Took the diff apart, have i ever told you how much i hate the smell of gear oil? ugh it stays on your hands forever and your clothes even longer. Old, burnt up gear oil is the worst. the oil looked great coming out of the diff, like it was fresh. The bearings/seals look amazing for as filthy as the diff is. I put the diff on jackstands and pulled the fill plug and then rotated it backwards to get all the fluid out before pulling it apart:










I finished cleaning all the diff parts. Now just need to get some cutoff wheels and get to modding! Oh and after getting my hands covered in brake cleaner, they don't smell like gear oil anymore lol



Gonna work on dropping the brackets and welding the front diff up here soon
