That is definitely a disappointment I have with the system. It would be much better if you could assign the settings you want in all 5 positions.

Now that I have new(ish) rear springs, I've started giving the presets a second try. I'm really enjoying the 8/6 "sport" setting right now and find I don't feel like I need to switch back & forth between 4/4 & 9/9 as much.
