Honestly, I didn't know about the frequent problems/breakage of the screens. Glad this thread came up. They're really cool, but we don't have the need or desire for a smart phone, as outdated as that sounds.... We got the iPad for that. And since I drop everything, it's good to know how fragile they are...need to keep me away from them....they'd probably ban me/drop me from the insurance after a few months and a couple of claims.

Dave went with the G'zOne by casio....just a good ole' flip phone, but way tougher...it's mil spec in most areas. Screen has really big numbers...some here will know why that's handy......

I won't give up my Motorola purple W755.......plus the keys are spaced just right and I can feel them a little, so I get enough tactile feedback to know when I push one.
