I have a 13 year old, 21lb tabby named Takhisis (Mr T). Love him to death. Sadly, I had to start keeping him at my mom's house cause my Doberman is WAY too playful and Mr T is just too old to deal with her now. He has gotten lazy and tired and just can't play-fight back when Persy wants to play. They used to have a good old time play fighting. Heck, Mr T would start most of the play-fights. His old bones just can't take it anymore and I was afraid he was gonna get hurt. I miss the bugger though and only see him when I visit my mom. Best thing about pets though.... they don't seem to have a concept of time. I may not see him for 3-4 weeks and when I walk in my mom's, he is right there at my feet, crying up a storm to have his face rubbed.

Funny thing.... I was always concerned about his weight, thinking he was a fatty, but his vet said he is just BIG. He has very thick, dense bones which makes his frame quite large. She doesn't think he is full Tabby and has some other breed in him as well, but said he is definitely not overweight I was worried cause my g/f at the time had a cat that was big and ended up with diabetes. I am thinking he just managed to get that awakened Bobcat gene out of the litter, heh. Heck, no wonder he could take my Dobie with no issues (her nose has the faint scars to prove it, heh).

It's funny, whenever my lady friends would see him, they would drop everything and grab him. He is VERY gorgeous and I think his size makes him look like a teddy bear or something. The little c***-block.
