This is the '97 Rodeo dash-
Ya gotta figure Isuzu did the final design of the JDM VX in '96 with production for '97. I guess they were not gonna bother to change the dash to a '98 for the US version. I can't blame 'em. The US VX was all about the exterior and the seats. They were only looking to attract attention and sell a few thousand, so why bother with a fancier dash?
It's up to us owners to spice it up with a trim kit or some paint.
