Every traffic court I've ever been to required the cop who wrote the ticket to be present and provide an explanation of the event. A word of advice: take some extra ADHD medicine before you go to court so you can keep your mouth shut, then let your lawyer do all the talking.

I haven't taken my medicine in over a year I do my best to control my ADHD.
