need advise or information on control arm or ldle

Not sure what you are refering to as far as the "idle"?
As far as the control arms you have an upper and lower on each side. Each have 2 bushings. I just replaced my upper control arm bushings. They are about $22 each from Merlin at St. Charles Isuzu. I believe the lower bushings are cheaper. The upper bushings are the same part number as 95+ Troopers.

The Idle control arm is usually the one on the steering box
