I just watched the episode where Obama asks the mythbusters to revisit the greek mirror myth. I noticed that Jamie never refers to Obama as Mr. President or sir and looked very uncomfortable around him. Not in a nervous way, he has way too much tv time for that, but rather in an unhappy way. He comes close to calling him something formal when he refers to him as the POTUS at the very end. Adam on the other hand was like a little kid, per his usual demeanor.

didn't see that episode, although I was buzzing through the fm dial and came upon a radio interview with the Mythbuster dudes. That would be my dream job, blowing stuff up, and getting paid for it.

I love this show!!

BO and his daughters love the show and are really interested in science. I think he just wanted to get even more TV time without being asked any questions about his failure to solve every problem that existed like he promised in his campaign.

The funny thing is even if this myth was true he should know from watching the biggest issue was aiming. He wants them to test using 500 people. Between that many people and that many mirrors aiming is way too complicated. But he doesnt know this. His solution try a more expensive method and ignore realty. Frankly I don't see him sitting around the white house drinking a beer watching MB.

As for the MB hosts actions? Well Jamie is the smarter more scientific he knows they are getting assigned a BS project and it wont work wile Adam the silly one is so infatuated to meet the President he acts like an school girl
