    I wouldn't have left the tire shop with them,u should have had them find some without the white stuff,u might want to check the date of manufacture,they may have been sittin in a warehouse for 3 or 4 years and if thats the case there no good.

    Instead of cleaning, how about applying rubber, vinyl protectant?
