WTF??? Somebody in Miami is claiming to be making and selling the cosmetic front skid plates on ebay???

This ebay listing just popped up ,....selling the cosmetic front skid plate and they're using MY pic I took last week and posted on our forum! It's the 3rd pic in this ebay listing.

Using someone else's pic found on ebay is against the rules.
Not sure if using a pic found on the internet is against the rules or not, but I'll be reporting it anyway and see what ebay says.
