Has great reliability, more HP and 260 ft/lbs Torque. You have to be careful if your keep the tranny as it's only rated to accept about 260 ft/lbs of Torque.
If you are going to fab a fit...I am kinda lik'n that new Mustang V6. Size would drop in nicely and 300+ HP.
