Is it really in the intake?....or underneath, between the heads?

There are a couple of heater hoses that run under the intake manifold, also, the throttle body has coolant circulated through it. (possibly fed by said hoses, can't remember)

    ..

If it's of any assistance, here's a pic of the bottom side of the intake (common chamber) that bolts to the heads.

    Dub buddy!
Turn that critter upside-down, fill it with coolant, and that's
    what I got!
Still attached to the engine though!
I had to use a turkey baster to suck out the coolant before
    removing it

If it's downhill after 20, then I'm doomed at 45!
I'm pretty sure, like 98% that there are no channels running
Thru the intake, or the plenumn. And just to be clear,
I'm not talking about the intake from the airbox.
Yes there are coolant hoses coming into the throttlebody.
They are secure and as far as I can tell functioning as they should
    be.
Please email me if you have questions on replacing the gaskets...
I've gotten quite good at it.....lol... Except for the coolant filling
    up the intake! Lol
I have a step by step with pictures in the works, but VERY VERY
    Limited computer time.
I will try to get that all wraped up soon to give you and anyone
    Else a hand with it

I was needing to top it off every morning, and on long days, before I went home. On my last trip before replacing head gaskets, I went thru almost 2 gallons in 5 or 6 miles!

Let me know if I can be of any help. I do have a set of intake gaskets that are used, but only for 3 days max. If you find it's only the intake, you can have them.

I could tell when I took the upper plenum off, the intake plenum was full of coolant.

I never was really able to trace the chain of events. Lat this summer I replaced intake gaskets. I thought the problem was fixed but 2 months later
Started having problems again, which I thought could be from me
Not using a torque wrench the first time. So I replaced the intake gaskets again, there wasn't much coolant in the intake this time. (probably due to it going thru the heads now) then a couple of days later thebig event of fogging the town with blown heAd gaskets.
I have 140,000 on the dash. I'll help you any wAy I can, I've gotten pretty familiar with all this......
