Business. It looks like they've got a tax structure that makes it really favorable to start a software development business there - as long as you don't need to recruit local talent. And the weather is just about perfect, I grew up on another island and I'll die a happy man if I never have to see snow or the frigid black ocean of the north atlantic again.

There is a strong Isuzu presents on the islands, cheap 4wd are popular there for some reason.
