    Smile 16inch OZ rally`s

I`m one happy puppy, thanks to the Japanese VX guru Naoki, I could get my hands on a set of these babies.
The best thing about these wheels beside looks....the total absence of visible brakedust!

Couldn't you just get your wheels painted " brake dust color"?

yeah thought about that, but if I paint them brakedust colour everyone will tell me to go wash my car...do I have to pay money for that?

    Brakedust

    Hi dutchie,
The wheels look good, could you ask your expert if there is a standard part number for the brake pads from Isuzu? A fellow Lotus owner bought some pads from a specialist firm EBC which significantly reduced the amount of brake dust. If I had an Isuzu part number I may be able to get a cross reference or something to see if a different material is available. A second question I have is about wheel bearings does he know if there is any difference in the wheel bearings of the U.S. spec vehicle and the imported model I have in the U.K.? Hope you can help as I am about to undertake a wheel bearing check/replacement soon.
    Best regards

Oh very nice Dutchman. Very nice indeed.
I was hoping someone would put those on a VX eventually.

I've noticed that my wheels don't gather brake dust either. Not even the invisible kind. I was checking my tire pressures the other day, and my VX had no dust at all on it, but my car which I wash more religiously made my fingers black just getting the valve stem caps off.

Uh... dude, he's in Japan. They can get certain OZs there that aren't available here.
