Funny, IH Scout Concept was ahead of its time

We've seen a few concept vehicles over the last few years that all look to take a queue from this machine, especially the HX Hummer. Too bad they never made it.
I was wondering if any of you had ever seen or heard of it. I believe it was called the SSV.
