You're on the money Eric, that's exactly what I meant. All three years have them, but in 2001 Isuzu actually put a child seat LATCH system logo on the carpet flap and included the brackets for the straps. You can however order the brackets through Isuzu (or trade/buy them from other members) if they didn't come with your VX.
