If you have a notarized note that she has received payment in full and is obligated to send you the title you might be OK. I've also heard that sometimes DMVs can mail the title directly to the out of state buyer.

I just did an internet search for "Traci Goudie". She is on FACEBOOK. In addition, I queried her name on www.411.com (one of my favorite P.I. sites) and it shows she's from Austin, TX and there is also a "T. Goudie" that resides in Virginia. From the www.411.com website, it appears her original birthname (maiden last name) is "Campbell" with multiple relatives listed. It shouldn't be too hard to track her down via an acqaintance or relative ("Campbell"). Visit your local DMV/DOL, and ask for their advice in how to procede (afterall, they have the Gov't computer for motor vehicles). You might also contact the State of Texas DMV/DOL as well at their website.
