2006 Mitsubishi Evolution IX RS White bought new in 2006, Currently sitting around 400HP with 77k miles, soon to have 700+HP and be a dedicated Time Attack Car.

Time Attack Car? That's a new expression to me...sounds like it'll be fast enough to transcend the space/time continuum?

Either way, 700HP in any car has to be killer fast...probably into the 9's?

For shizzle, faster than mine. I'm at 440rwtq and 350 HP at 5k rpms. These long-runner intakes are torque monsters. (Torque peaks below 3500 rpms!) But still... not bad with my close-ratio 6-spd stick. Haven't run it for a time-slip...but it'll get to 60mph in about 4secs.
