Never mind...did a bit more extensive search and found this...
ToD system fuse under the hood. Behind the battery (meaning, toward the firewall from the battery) is a fuse box. Check the fuses there.

Just a little something I ran into. I had to replace the steering center link due to the "ball joints" on top going out. Have someone turn the wheel back and forth while you are under there and see if there is an inch of play from turning the steering wheel and wheel response.
