Just be careful IF you ever have one to many at the club and am driving home at night, that's the time the man will pull you over for it. No sense ruining a good career.
Greetings, Earthling. We come in peace... Never mind "Paris to Dakar", the VehiCROSS looks ready for the Martian desert.

1, I have a 5 and 3 yr old, no clubs for this guy
2, I do not drink and drive, nor do I tolerate drinking and driving.

It would be more likely for me to get pulled over because of the undercarriage neons, what are now called "rocklights". I could also be stopped for Urban Offroading...pics to follow. I know there is a thread about it somewhere on here or the Planet.

Mybad, I misinterpreted your comment, you meant the license plate, not the skid plate. No, the plate goes to factory spot when I wheel. I move the spare to the roof on the trails just in case a steep ascent.

Damn, Billy, you beat me to it, I was gonna mention that you did a similar mod and it buys you quite a bit as far as approach angle...

There you go, should have thought of that. Plus it just looks better to cut it even all the way around I guess.

Just a follow up on this since its been quite a while.

The bumper is fine. As a matter of fact, its been on 5 wheeling trips since I built it. I had some approaches so tall/steep that I ripped the LED driving lights off of one side...lol. The bumper held just fine. Front rail caps have seen better days though.

I have since done other mods, so this kind of sat around. The trooper RS has been getting lots of love, and I am sure the VX is jealous. Her time is coming around again, new wheel bearings, new cb antenna, some TLC maintenance.
