    I quit a year ago back in April....Had I known how easy it actually was, I probably would've quit long ago....but, I really like cigarettes. 40 years was long enough, and I do feel so much better without 'em, there's not much danger of ever starting again. I'll start again when I get the "final" diagnosis.

    I quit 2 years ago

    when I moved to AZ. Have smoked 3 cigarettes since. All during the last 2 super bowls

    I quit in 1987

    2 packs a day for five years and gave it up cold turkey.

    Lots of prayer and tons of help from my loving bride...I'm a terrible ex-smoker now days!
