HotrodA10--- Congrat's on your purchase, and welcome to the forum. My question is do you want to lift for sheer "macho look" or do you want to lift out of necessity for bigger tires??? What O.D. size of tire are you hoping to install??? A size 32" O.D. tire in 275/65R18 will fit on a 100% stock VX without any lifting or modifications (no TB cranks & no RS) if they are mounted on the '00/'01 OEM 18x7 rims. There are also comparable 16" tires in the 32" O.D. range that will fit on your existing OEM 16x7 rims without lifting either. Any tire over 32" O.D. will require some sort of TB crank/RS upgrade.
