Great photos! I've downloaded a lot of them and set Win 7 to scroll through the set as my desktop wallpaper.

Wow, it all looks like so much fun!

Whew, made it home about 5:30 today. Trooper ran like a champ with her new alternator. Iowa drivers annoy me.

It was great seeing you all again (and some for the first time).

Anyway, have to find the camera, I know I took a few pics this year!

"This video contains content from Sony Music Entertainment. It is no longer available in your country."-Youtube

Need to update, Youtube removed your video. At least I can't watch it from the German domain, and I can't get to US domain using Tmobile hotspot. Hopefully its up in the US.

Good pics everyone, wish I was there, then Billy would have had some competition for strap king...lol. Probably would have ended up with more practice changing CV joints too. With all new fasterners, I should be able to getone done on the trail in <45 min. *sigh* maybe next year

I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.

To those that have not made this trip yet....

YOU DON'T REALIZE WHAT YOU ARE MISSING!!!!

I wish I had made it to all the earlier events...

Moab is AWESOME!!! I am not used to the EXTREEM traction that these rocks provide....

I loaded some pics here in the gallery

    http://www.vehicross.info/gallery/sh...y.php/cat/3260

I am HOOKED and already planning my next trip back there...

My thrashed and hammered VX did extreemly well and, I took ALL the same lines as a LOCKED Jeep Rubicon on 35s!!! (and even a few he didn't)

Luckly, I waited till the last day to lead-foot it and destroy one worn-out CV...LOL

Many thanks to all the seasoned VXers, they offered so much hospitallity...
I know I made some very good new friends!!!

I felt so "at home" with all of you!!! Couldnt have asked for a better group of folks!!!

    BigSwede's Trooper is TRULEY impressive!!!

PBkid's got better off-roading abilities than many 4x4ers twice his age!!! (even when he is blowing on a tube...LOL)

Triathelete has the inner strength to try nearly ANY obstical !!

Look for me next year with a SUPER FLEXY IFS!!!!

Alan, it was great to meet/wheel with you and Terrence. Your VX is definitely unique! I hope to hang with you again next year - if you plan to make another Moab trip before then, look me up and maybe I can meet you down there!

Why thank you! So is your skill and determination with the skinny pedal

And thanks for your help with the alternator swap, it made it go a lot easier to have hands in that *#@$& tight mounting location from two directions.

Anybody interested in a Moab trip in October? A bunch of guys here with Land Rovers are going out then and I think they might need some help on the trails... ;-)

I'm up for a little Moab get together in October. Keep me on the list.

Thanks VXR. Cool vid! Hoped it had me going up the slickrock turn though.

I finally got my pics and stuff up on the planet. Too lazy to repost here so you will have to go check them out HERE

Was GREAT to see everyone again and some for the first time. I miss you all.

All clean & shiny at "The Stoop" before the 1st trail

Lining up for TOTW...with crazy Jo in front of me...he subsequently smoked me pealing out!

Traffic jam at Top of The World ledge area...who taught us to park???

Flag went kaput! Paul (phines) fixed it later, thanks!

    Great mud puddle on TOTW

    Tom showing some f-l-e-x

The ultra stealth/elusive Travis, (aka fantastic trail driver!) on far left,...missing from the other group pic

New HID hi/lo's installed by Dub, with 38 LED Super white in the round marker lights....before they turned blue!

The 38 white LEDs self destructed moments later when Kenny was checking them out! Completely popped, crackled, then split down the edges like a banana! So replaced them with amber LEDs. Also installed UV/purple LEDs in horn....can barely see them....

The cloven hooved elusive Utah Yeti mentioned by Kenny perhaps?

    The Yeti smokes....who knew??

Our "trail leader" Larry G. asking Big Jim for help figuring out where we were on "Fins-N-Things"..............
