Ya if you get the 3.2 flywheel and clutch, the 3.5 uses a slightly larger clutch disc/plate but as long as you get matching flywheels/clutches it'll work either way (3.2 stuff or 3.5 stuff)

What tranny did you go with?
I highly suggest NOT buying an aftermarket clutch!!!!! and If you havent already bought a flywheel, why not go with the trooper one (3.5) as it has a larger disk and preasure plate and greater spring preasure as well?
