My guess would be water pump.
If you follow your upper radiator hose back to where it disappears under the intake plenum, you'll see where the thermo lives.
Look around the base of the thermo housing with a flashlight to see if any coolant is visible.

My mistake, it's the LOWER radiator hose that's connected to the thermo housing.
