what the tires you like are but try www.tirerack.com and www.tiresavings.com also ebay using brand and tire size limiting to 4x4 shops is a waste of time if a place sells tires they have tires a 4x4 place is most likely waiting for an order and drop shipping from the warehouse.

Lisa,
I'm kinda in the same boat. My fronts are worn out but the rears are still good. If I could find 1 Wrangler MT 33x12.50R15, then I could get another year before buying a new full set.

Put a smiley after you say that Bub.
Don't you guys rotate your tires? I'm on my ninth set of tires and I've never seen even the slightest sign of unusual wear. I've also had plenty of front end alignments.
You can rotate your tires in your own driveway in twenty minutes. No excuses. Believe it or not, I was actually planning on doing that today.

I used to rotate mine at least twice a year. I've been a neglectful owner of late.![]()
first off to everyone, thanks, but I had warranty issues with 2 tires when they were less than like a 1/3 worn, so I got free replacements is why I am always just haveing to replace 2 at a time normally. Now on the search function, of course I am not retarded and have searched for the exact size on tirerack, discounttire, google, craigslist, and ebay, BEFORE I ever posted anything here. I have decided to go with the 32x11.5x15 and maybe the 912 springs in the rear and remove my spacers back there, some say they didnt have to do longer rear brake lines with the 912 springs, but others say they did, so I need confirmation on that.
Twisted Symphony posted on 4/10 he had some unused s.s. brake lines...in case you end up needing them...http://vehicross.info/forums/showpos...33&postcount=4
Also, I love to negotiate prices on anything to do with a car.....
I've purchased many many tires from TireRack over the past 20+ yrs, but in the last 5 yrs or so, I've found that most "local" places will match their prices or come real close. Print out the page with the tire/price from T.R., call around the local stores, Discount Tire, Big O, Goodyear, BFG, PepBoys, private tire shops...and ask if they'll match or come near T.R. price. Ask for the owner or manager to ask about pricing.
Since you have to pay for mounting/balancing and sales tax (sometimes) somewhere once you receive the T.R. tires, you have to factor that amount in for an apples-to-apples comparison. Buying 4 gives you more negotiation power too.
Yeah, the local places usually have to order the tires you want, but that's usually less than one week to get them.
Another tidbit...T.R. will deliver your tires anywhere you want...so if I buy from them, I arrange ahead of time to have them delivered to my shop of choice..then I don't have to haul them. :-)

....the adventure BEGINS ANEW! ...2015......
Remember that life is not measured in the breaths you take, but rather in the moments that take your breath away.
If you are putting 912's in then why not go to 33x12.5 r15? Here are some examples:
