made it back today 1350 miles, no major problems. nice meeting Sam to get his rims and tires , sorry missed out on Steve but wanted to get back before dark.

Hey no prob - was looking forward to meeting you -but I totally understand. To be honest I thought your travel plans might change when you realized what a drive it is from Nashville to your house via I-40/I-85 especially since they still haven't cleared the rock slide on I-40 west of Asheville. That detour adds another hour to the trip. At least I think I-40 is still closed. They got a bunch of snow last week (if I recall correctly it was on the first day of spring!) which further delayed the repairs.
