When I bought my VehiCROSS it was covered with that stuff. 'Course none of it was on the wheels! Actually the dealer removed most of it before I picked it up, but I still had to spend an afternoon peeling it bit by bit from the hood insert and the front grill. I guess the sun had baked it on pretty good.
