    New Wheels

    New wheels!

At stock height, it rubs at full lock so I trimmed the bumper fend fender liner but still rubs a little bit.

    Love the offset.

Can you take a side shot from further away so we can see how they fit your VX?

The wheels look great but unfortunately in the UK the VX wouldn't (or rather shouldn't) pass the yearly MOT (road worthness test) as the tyre protrudes outside the wheel arch (there is an increased likelihood of kicking up stones into the vehicle behind. But as I said "looks great"

Technically, it's illegal here too but VERY rarely enforced. I have never heard of a case. And considering I protrude a solid 1" all around, I am glad. Sure makes for really awesome rooster tails flying down the highway in the rain.

Nice JDM.... but 15"s? Makes the tires a bit too balloony for my taste. Pretty solid if you are gonna get rough and dirty though.

Some people install over fenders to pass the "protrution law".

I did notice a slight loafty-ness but I pumped the tires to 40 psi and the handling feels better now. I mostly drive on-road anyway and theoretically, I'll get better mileage too.

A pro-photographer friend took some shots too last weekend. I'll post them when they're done.

i personally LOVED by 15's on my VX. i thought it made it look more 'offroad' oriented rather than a confused SUV
