Yep it is just a sticker - I left it on as its kind of a tribute to CrotchRocket!

Did it mount with the included hardware, or did you need to find another type of hardware to mount?

isnt there a cover or something to fill the space where the racks mount ? its looks kinda odd , like breaks up the lines of the roof rail itself.... darn i always thought yakima racks filled the space when you took the covers off

There's nothing out-of-the-box to cover the mounts, but you can mod the original rail caps to fit around the towers. Just takes patience (and a Dremel). Finding caps to mod is much harder.

The 4 rail covers need to be removed to put the 4 towers on for the OEM "Wing Rider" crossmembers, but a few members (I can't recall which ones), customized their rail covers. They cut out the area for the towers, then reattached them. It made a REAL NICE "finished" look to the roof rails.
I think that's what you may be thinking of.
