One additional solution would be work from home then that way you could start to work at 7am and look down at your watch at 7:01am and say man I'm already home....short day.

I usta-could on Thursdays (on line meetings all day) but not lately.

I don't usually use the car wash, but with the wonderful Michigan winters and the salt that is used on the roads, the desire to get the undercarriage clean out weighs the negatives. So usually when the temperature rises above 30 I try to get it through to clean off all the underbody. Ten salty Michigan winters have done enough damage that at this point I am just trying to reduce the amount of rust.
