If you google "epoxy resin" you'll find some of what you're looking for.

This is the ebay vendor I purchaced my C-F fabric from.

Unfortunately, the piece that's about the right size, is the wrong weave (for me)

And the piece that's the right weave (2x2 twill) is too small...

Search ebay, who knows what other vendors might have...

This particular vendor's inventory changes all the time.
