Jack, you had better soak up as much of that 40 degree weather as you can. Sounds like we've got some winter weather coming through today/tonight with low's in Denver at, or below, zero. It's not dub's 40 below, but it's still pretty darn cold.

I will say this, however: Around age 30 my metabolism just about bottomed out (at least it feels that way) and I notice now that I get cold sometimes whereas 5 years ago, I would have to be wet and naked outside in the middle of winter to get a chill.
