BTW Bart, I will be in Henderson in Nov. '10 for the Silverman Ironman distance race. Has 9700' of climbing on the bike and another 1000' on the run...fun fun fun!
Good luck Crotch' on the diet. Watch out though you may get hooked on the fitness thing...then it makes it easier to eat more.
