    Thumbs down

    Pure BS my friend.

Did you read the fine print ?

If not i'll save you the time..............

You must purchase qualified valvoline oil products during a entire year before the waranty is valid.
    Dakar was just the begining.

you have to start using their oil before 75k miles too.. but other than that its cheap insurance... its 150k if you use standard oil... 225 if you use synth blend or high mileage... 300 if you use full synthetic

verified use of their product and only their product proof of oil changes at the recomended interval, regular scheduled maintainance and at their final determination. Their warranty is as good as an after market warranty on the engine and I wonder if it is full replacement including labor.

Interesting. Just got an oil change this weekend on the STi and it's only her third, but I have been with Valvoline SynPower since the first. I keep my receipts so good to know.

I used Valvoline SynPower in my previous WRX and now in my STi, as well as my VX, but I switched my VX over to Royal Purple with the last few. Very smooth and I would recommend it for anyone hard on an engine.

    web link to specifics

    http://www.engineguarantee.com/view_terms

Seems to have a ton of qualifiers and very limited coverage. Coverage limited to wetted parts and will not cover non wetted parts even if a failure of the wetted parts causes the other damage
